OFFICE LOCATION AND DRIVING DIRECTIONS

General location

Charter Asset Management is located within the Executive Office Suites (also known as Suite 290) of the Thruway Office Building whose official address is 290 Elwood Davis Road in Liverpool.

Directions from I-81 North or I-81 South
• take exit 25 – the 7th North St. exit
• turn right onto 7th North St.  (getting into the center lane)
• turn right onto Elwood David Road, just past Homewood Suites Hotel (which is north             
  of the Buckley Road intersection)
• the Thruway Office Building at 290 Elwood Davis Road is straight ahead and slightly to
  the left

Directions from I-90 East or West (New York State Thruway)
• take exit 37– the Electronics Parkway exit, toward Syracuse
• take the ramp toward Liverpool/Syracuse
• turn left onto Electronics Parkway
• turn left onto 7th North St. (stay in the left hand lane)
• turn left onto Elwood Davis Road, after Voorhies Lane (you will see Hospice sign on 
   left)
• the Thruway Office Building at 290 Elwood Davis Road  is straight ahead and slightly  
  to the left

Directions from Village of Liverpool/Vine Street
• turn right onto Electronics Parkway
• turn left onto 7th North St. (stay in the left hand lane)
• turn left onto Elwood Davis Road, after Voorhies Lane (you will see Hospice sign on 
  left)
• the Thruway Office Building at 290 Elwood Davis Road  is straight ahead and slightly
  to the left

Directions from Village of Liverpool/Old Liverpool Road
• turn left onto Electronics Parkway
• turn right onto 7th North St. (moving into the left hand lane)
• turn left onto Elwood Davis Road, after Voorhies Lane (you will see Hospice sign on 
  left)
• the Thruway Office Building at 290 Elwood Davis Road is straight ahead and slightly to
  the left

Come in the main entrance and go either to the left or right to locate the elevator (behind main lobby wall). Take the elevator to the Second Floor.  When you get off the elevator take a right and go to the very end of the corridor. There you will see a sign for Suite 290 on the window of this suite. There is a Receptionist in the lobby to welcome you.
